Audiwise ("we", "our", "us") operates the audiwise.com website and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

  • Account information: email address and display name when you create an account via our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
  • Audio files: music tracks you upload for analysis. See "Audio Data Handling" below for details.
  • Usage data: anonymous page views and interaction data collected via Plausible Analytics (a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool).
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Audio Data Handling

Your audio privacy is important to us:

  • Uploaded audio files are processed in memory and used solely for generating your analysis report.
  • Audio files are automatically deleted from our processing servers after analysis is complete.
  • We do not listen to, share, sell, or use your audio for training purposes.
  • Analysis results (scores, metrics, feedback text) are stored to provide you with report history and iteration tracking.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences (such as report view mode). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider, Plausible, does not use cookies at all.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: authentication and database hosting (EU/US data centers).
  • Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Plausible Analytics: privacy-focused, cookie-free web analytics hosted in the EU.
  • Sentry: error monitoring to improve service reliability. May collect anonymized error data.
  • Vercel: website hosting and deployment.

Data Retention

Account data and analysis reports are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
